This policy explains how Hira Core ("we", "us") processes personal data collected through hiracore.com, in particular the contact form, and how data belonging to our clients (including CCTV footage) is handled when we deliver services.

Data collected through this website

When you submit the contact form, we collect the information you provide: name, company, email address, phone number, number of locations, and your message. We use this only to respond to your enquiry.

• Legal basis: your consent, given by submitting the form.
• Retention: enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and deleted when no longer relevant.
• We do not sell or share this data with third parties for marketing.
• We do not use cookies or trackers that require consent under GDPR for this site's core analytics.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, self-hosted analytics that does not use cookies and does not track individuals across sites. It measures aggregate page visits only.

Data we process on behalf of clients

As part of our services, we may process personal data on behalf of our clients, including CCTV footage, access control logs, network and system data, and staff account information. This processing is governed by a signed Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with each client, which sets out the scope, duration, and security measures for that data. We do not use client data for any purpose outside that agreement.

Your rights
